The WA and OR boys ratings are based on work by two volunteers from the www.washingtonpremiersoccer.com forums: LastPlanet, who entered the U12-13 data, coded the statistical algorithms, scrapes the league matches and runs the analyses and NKSoccerFan, who entered the summer U14-U18 tournament data.
